1. Upfront Payment
All clients are required to pay the full amount upfront when signing up for our website development services.
2. Refund Eligibility
A. Before development starts
If you change your mind and decide not to proceed with our service before we have started working on your website, you are eligible for a refund of the remaining 50% of the total payment.
B. During Development
If you inform us of your decision to cancel in the middle of the development process, you will be eligible for a refund of 25% of the total payment.
C. Post Development
Once the website development is completed, no refunds will be issued.
